小肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤的概述

　　小肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤(primary small intestinal lymphoma，PSIL)起源于小肠黏膜下的淋巴滤泡，较常见。大多数肠道淋巴瘤是全身性淋巴瘤的一种局部表现。
